Goeie ligging, maar toilet was stukkend, banke (rottang) stukkend bo, stort was stukkend (water oor die hele vloer), braaiplek vuil, vuil asbak met sigaretstompies.

Ons was teleurgesteld in die fasiliteite by Reënboog nr 5: Die een toilet was stukkend, die een stortdeur paneel was stukkend en water het oor die hele vloer gevloei as mens gestort het. Die mosaïekteeltjies in die stort het losgekom en sommiges was uit. Die banke in die sitkamer was stukkend aan die bokant. Die braaiplek was nie heeltemal skoon nie. Daar was 'n vuil asbak met sigaretstompies in op die tafel by die stoep. Die hele tydtjie daar was verskriklik aangenaam en baie netjies, mens kla oor baie dinge in die lewe maar Reenboog was 'n afleiding vir rustigheid en ontspanning.
