Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- This house has an inverter for loadshedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights for loadshedding.
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1500 management fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 8 people sharing in 4 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a double sized blow up mattress in main bedroom at extra R 500 per child per night. This upon prior request only and pre-payment is required.
- A baby camp cot and a high chair can be set up upon prior request only at no additional charge. The pool safety net can also be put on the pool, upon prior request only.
- This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Strict Estate Rules: Only charcoal may be used in the BBQ/Braai, NO wood and NO open fires. NO pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials.
- Housekeeping service is not included, it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- Parking: There is a double automated garage parking for 2 vehicles with additional on-site parking for max 2 more vehicles. Max 4 vehicles are allowed at the property.
- Absolutely NO charging of electrical vehicles is permitted at this property.
