Sea Gem offers secure self-catering accommodation with beautiful ocean views in the coastal town of Jeffrey's Bay. The size of the property makes it an ideal stay for families or big group vacations. The property accommodates 18 guests and comprises a main house with 2 additional flatlets and 2 separate rooms, offering a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The main house accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms furnished with a king-size bed, double bed, and twin beds respectively, as well as 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower.
The first-floor flatlet accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. There is an additional separate room that links with the flatlet which contains twin beds and a bathroom fitted with a shower, accommodating 2 guests.
The ground-floor flatlet accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath. A kitchen is also available inside this flatlet which can be used as a laundry area. It contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also an additional separate room that links with the flatlet, accommodating 2 guests, which contains a king-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The kitchen, situated inside the main house, has a breakfast table with ample seating and is equipped with a gas stove and hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen leads into the living area containing a dining area and lounge area. The dining area is furnished with an 8-seater dining table with additional couches and a spa bath. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable couches in front of a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. The is no Wi-Fi available. The lounge area leads out onto a furnished balcony with an outside braai and beautiful ocean views.
Guests have access to 4 secure undercover parking bays. Guests are also in close proximity to the ocean, local shops, and restaurants.
