Only 45 min from Cape Town, this is the perfect getaway. Just minutes from the front door there is private access to 16 Mile Long Beach.
This fully furnished home can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed with doors opening onto a balcony with partial sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath, basin, toilet, and separate shower. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a queen size bed and opens up onto the garden and pool patio area. It has a separate bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with Smeg appliances including a fridge, stove and dishwasher, a small microwave is also available as well as crockery, cutlery and a braai grid.
Open-plan living is achieved through an open-plan kitchen, dining room, cozy fireplace and lounge with Smart TV and WiFi. The area opens with glass stacked doors onto an outdoor patio, braai, garden, and pool area.
Parking is available for 2 cars only.
