Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
No smoking allowed. All cigarette butts to be placed in a container and not to be disposed of in the plants or on the lawn.
No parties or events will be allowed.
A maximum of 10 guests will be allowed on the premises. Visitors will only be allowed with prior consent from the owner.
No loud music after 22:00. Please note this is a private nature reserve and noise levels to be kept down.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Please place the outside furniture inside the house prior to departure.
Please wash all dishes, cutlery and glasses before your departure. Please also switch on the dishwasher before your departure.
Please take out the trash before your departure. A green bin will be available just outside the garage doors, next to the gas bottles.
No illegal substances allowed to be used on the premises.
Please use the existing pathway leading down to the ocean and stay on the road.
No vehicles to be parked on the lawn, next to or in front of the house.
A refundable breakage deposit will be charged.
No bath towels or beach towels will be provided.
Please note the house is next to the Sea Trader Wedding Venue.
