Sea Village Unit 8 is an ideal holiday destination for families as this unit is situated in a secure complex on the beachfront in Southbroom with the Golf Course at the back.

The double-storey townhouse sleeps 7 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 child-only beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom has 3 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin; and the third bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as a coffee-making machine. There’s also a scullery equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The living area has 2 couches and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Free Wi-Fi is also available and the apartment has an inverter to remain unaffected during a power outage. There’s a dining area which opens out onto a patio with a portable braai and a small garden.

On the top floor, the magnificent deck has lovely sea views. The complex has a large communal swimming pool and clubhouse area with built-in braai facilities. Secure parking is available inside the complex.
