Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
A once-off cleaning fee is charged to each booking and paid separately.
Only the number of guests on the confirmed booking will be allowed to stay at the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Adults should please be mindful of any children playing around the pool.
Guests need to please inform Top Destinations of any breakages or damages that occurred in the house during their stay. An additional fee will be charged according to the value of the above-mentioned damages.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival. No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
An optional cleaning service can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
