Four12 is situated in the popular avenues of Melkbosstrand and is within walking distance from the main beach, many highly rated restaurants to choose from, and a multitude of shops and other businesses.

The Seabreeze Cottage offers an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and, a full bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The large open-plan living area provides a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and lounge. There is a queen size sleeper couch in the lounge providing sleeping space for up to 2 children.

House Four12 is furnished with a king-size bed in the first bedroom and the second bedroom contains a single bed. A queen-size blow-up bed can be provided to be used in the living area for 2 additional guests if needed. The oversized three-seater couch also provides comfortable sleeping space for a child. The large family bathroom is fitted with a free-standing bath, large shower, toilet, and double vanity basin.

Both the House and cottage have full kitchens equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi.
