Seagull 101 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Seagull Holiday Flats complex set on the Margate beachfront, overlooking the Margate Main Beach. The complex is close to various shops and restaurants, as well as the Margate Fishing Pier.

Seagull 101, a ground-floor unit, comes equipped with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 guests. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and bedroom 2 features 2 single beds and a single bed in the lounge area. The unit offers 2 bathrooms fitted with either a shower or a bath, basin, and toilet. Other facilities include a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a TV and a stunning sea view. Guests should bring their own DStv decoder, as there is only an Open View decoder in the unit. This unit is close to the communal braai area.
