Felt very unsafe!

Apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean! The sea view is stunning and the complex is also close to the beach and town. Unfortunately when we arrived at 15:00 there was no security as in 2020. We hooted at the gate and then realised that we had to open it manually. There was no one in the office on that afternoon, Wednesday, 17th, and the next day too. We were told by a passing visitor that we must fetch our key at the hotel. This was not in the rules. Also, anyone could walk through the unguarded gate which made us feel very unsafe. Our TV did not work for the entire 6 nights that we were there. If I owned one of these apartments I'd be very concerned about my investment. Management and security must be prioritised.
