Sealandra Sands 14 is a charming first-floor unit situated within a secure complex off Marine Drive in Ramsgate North.

This unit boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and is equipped with an air-conditioner. The second and third bedrooms each offer a double bed along with ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. The main en-suite bathroom features a shower, toilet, and basin, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin. Guests will find linen and bath towels provided, but they are kindly asked to bring their own swimming towels.

The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. A breakfast nook with seating for 6 provides an ideal spot for dining. In the living area, a comfortable lounge suite accommodates 6 guests, and a TV with a DStv connection is available. It's important to note that guests should bring their own decoder, cables, and smart card as the TV requires them for operation. Please be aware that the TV is not compatible with PVR or Explora. Alternatively, guests have the option to rent a decoder from a local supplier in Margate. To enhance comfort, 2 ceiling fans are thoughtfully installed in the lounge area. Furthermore, the unit is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi.
