House Rules:
No smoking in the unit.
No Pets.
Guests should not feed the monkeys or other wildlife on the property.
Plants in the garden should not be damaged.
Quiet time is from 22:00 to 07:00.
No unruly behaviour, parties or excessive drinking will be tolerated. If you do not comply with this rule, the host may ask you to leave the cottage and the remainder of your rental fee and time will be forfeited.
Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Report damages immediately.
Don’t damage or rearrange the furniture, especially not the patio table outside. It is very heavy!
Basic cleaning services are available Monday to Saturday. Public Holiday and Sunday cleaning services are arranged at an additional cost.
A laundry service can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
