Ons het baie lekker gekuier.

Nice space inside, little privacy due to surprise of tenants staying on the property.

Even though we enjoyed the space inside the house and the location, we were not happy about the lack of transparency regarding the tenants on the property. There was no mention of them throughout the booking process, and to only inform us about them on the day of arrival and after paying the full amount was deceptive and unprofessional. Their presence invaded the space and privacy we thought we had paid for. To specify: 1. The main bedroom window was looking right into their home, giving us very little privacy. 2. We could hear them having an argument where they raised their voices at each other over 2 days about time off from work. Not exactly what we had in mind to hear while we were on our holiday. 3. No privacy in the back of the house, taking away the option to make use of the back space to braai that is under cover outside. 4. The dog. We thought we booked and paid for a space where our dogs had a lot of space. The dog is at least friendly, but having another dog on the premises makes it more complicated and it's annoying to prevent the dogs from barking. 5. It was inconvenient to use the inside parking space as this was shared with the tenants, leaving us with parking on the front lawn with no security even with a hired car by internationals. 6. Considering all of the above points, having paid more than R22k for our 7-night stay, we felt a bit ripped off.

Value for money.

Our stay at Seehuis was great. The surrounding area is very safe, and the house is better than expected.

Dalene was very accommodating and patient. The kitchen, lounge and dining room was large and great for families.

Absolutely fantastic stay this past weekend at Die Seehuis. Fully kitted out 3 bedroom house in a peaceful suburb in Hermanus walking distance from the sea. MTB trails across the road (Hemel & Aarde) with the running trail next to the beach. You will see me soon again, thank you for all the help Dalene.

Great house and very clean.

We were not impressed with the fact that there were tenants on the property. This was brought to light on the day of arrival. All in all it's a great location and the host is super friendly. The house also literally has everything you will need.

Gesellig.

Ruim huis met baie gesellige vuurmaak plek binne.

Netjiese plek, onlangs opgradeer.

Vriendelike diens, goeie slaapplek vir besigheid en ontspanning.

Rustige heerlike paar dae in mooi omgewing.

Geniet 'n rustige, netjiese verblyf waar jy kan afskakel en uitrus in mooi omgewing.

Seehuis het ons verwagtinge oorskry! Fantastiese, skoon en netjies huis.Uitstekende geriewe!

Ons sal beslis weer kom.

Ons het baie lekker gebly. Alles is luuks en netjies. Die kaggel was 'n groot bate vir braai in die winter.

Goed ingerigte huis wat aan al ons vereistes voldoen het.

Dalene was baie behulpsaam in alle opsigte. Ons het baie lekker gebly en als wat nodig was om dit vir ons gerieflik te maak was daar. Daar was eintlik baie meer as wat ons verwag het parkering gewys. Kan plek definitief aanbeveel en Dalene was absolute engel!

Uitstekend.

Huis was baie skoon en netjies en die eienaars baie vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Kan Seehuis baie beslis aanbeveel.

Baie rustig en veilig.

Alles in Seehuis was daar wat ons nodig gehad het, en alles was gerieflik.
