Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
CONDITIONS:
THIS HOUSE IS TO OCCUPIED BY 8 GUESTS ONLY.
• NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.
• No large parties are to be held at the premises as the home forms part of Beachfront Security Complex and the atmosphere of the area is upheld at all times. You will be requested to vacate the premises without any refund.
• I will ensure that the property is in a highly acceptable condition upon your arrival.
• Check-in time is 14h00 (let me know if you need it earlier and I will try to arrange it).
• Check-out time is strictly before 10h00. Should you wish to check out/ vacate the property before the above dates, the contract will remain binding for the full period, and all monies will remain payable. On check out please ensure that the property is tidy.
• NO BARBEQUE under the Carport
• RED PLUG in the main bedroom MUST NOT be unplugged or switched off.
• Deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within seven days before arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY
• More than 1 month before check-in – 50% deposit refunded
• More than 2 weeks before check-in – 25% deposit refunded
• Less than 2 weeks before check-in – 0% deposit refunded.
