House Rules
The big glass stack doors are very difficult to open or close - please refrain from using them. You are welcome to open the sliding doors on the side of the glass braai area.
This property has an inverter to cover power outages and assists with keeping lights, Wi-Fi, stove, TV, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and dishwasher on. Please note that these guests should not overload the system with electrical appliances.
Please note that children are forbidden on the roof.
Please note that the eco-friendly wood-fired hot tub cannot be closed. Children and non-swimmers should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Smoking is prohibited.
No pets allowed.
Please ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and locked whenever you leave the house - damage or theft will be for your account.
Please do not leave any valuables inside your vehicle or outside.
No misbehavior of any kind will be tolerated - no loud parties or special events. There is a no-noise policy applicable from 22:00 daily. Please respect our neighbors as we are situated in a residential area and we kindly ask you to adhere.
If at any time there are more people on the premises than agreed, penalties will be liable.
Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival, forfeit a set amount of R1000.
Please note - an R1000 Admin Fee will be charged in addition to Cancellation Policy on all cancellations.
Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Check out no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
Late checkouts will result in additional charges.
The breakage Deposit will be refunded 10 days after the departure date. Any costs incurred to restore the house to the condition prior to the point of check-in will be deducted from the Breakage Deposit, and should it not be enough to cover damages or costs, the responsible person in terms of this agreement remains responsible for additional costs.
Guests staying at Sensiri Orca accept full responsibility for any losses, breakages, or damages of any nature occurring to this property, or content thereof, for the duration of their stay.
Sensiri (Pty) Ltd does not take any responsibility for any losses, breakages, or damage of any sort to items/material belonging to the Guest.
Sensiri (Pty) Ltd will in no event be liable for any injury, fatality, or damage to property or persons on the premises.
