The 3 units are situated very central and just of Main road Gonubie East London, less than 2 km from the beach, shopping centre, medical centre, banks, restaurants, river picnic sites and a lagoon and is perfect for holiday and short term accommodation.
The Family Unit is suited to accommodate 5 adults or a family of 6. The unit comes equipped with 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed and bedroom 2 features 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with a spa bath in the main bedroom and a shower in the second. There is a three-quarter sleeper couch in the lounge which can be used if necessary. The unit has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge, with an automatic washing machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, toaster, and steam iron. House trained animals are allowed as the unit is private and secure.
The Granny Flat is suited to accommodate 3 adults or a family of 4. The unit comes equipped with 1 bedroom which features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. It has an open plan living area with kitchen and lounge with a single bed and a sleeper couch for additional sleeping arrangements. It is ideal for singles, couples or for a family break-away. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, toaster, small combination fridge/freezer and steam iron.
The Attic Apartment is suited to accommodate 2 adults or a family of 3. This is an open-plan unit apartment with a private bathroom. It is situated on the first floor and have wooden staircase which provides access to a wooden deck which serves as braai area. It is well located and has a limited sea view. The unit has a queen-size bed as well as a single bed which can be used for sleeping arrangements. The unit has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge with all the necessary kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, toaster, and steam iron.
