Description
Shalom Place of Peace is situated on the banks of the Apies River near the Murrayhill N1 highway offramp and the R101 highway connecting Pretoria and Hammanskraal. The self-catering units are situated within a secure, gated complex with an alarm system and armed response.
Unit 2 is a family unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, a microwave and kettle. The dining room has 6 chairs and a large table for family meals.
Unit 3 can accommodate 4 guests and comprises a main bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double bed in the lounge area. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Both bath and shower facilities are available. The unit comprises an open-plan kitchen and lounge that opens up to a private garden. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Unit 5a comprises 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven and microwave.
Unit 6 accommodates 2 guests and is furnished with 2 single beds. The has a kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle and fridge. There is also a table and chairs to sit and relax or share a meal. The bedroom is lockable with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
Unit 4 has privacy and tranquility. The unit has secure parking and guests will walk a few steps to their private entrance.
The door opens up into a spacious open-plan kitchen and eating area. This open plan area has high ceilings and a feature red brick wall. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and fridge as well as crockery and cutlery.
The first bedroom which also has a high ceiling opens up to a private garden. The second bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The bedrooms are both fitted with a queen-size bed.
Guests have access to a 1 km hiking trail, river deck for fishing and private parties, a campfire site and a children's playground. The complex is on the main road named Bultfontein, and the main gate is elaborate with gray double gates. The complex offers ample parking and a common garden for guests to enjoy.
