Very disappointing and not up to standards.

The hostagent was useless, and unprofessional, lied about the deposit refund period, and the concierge was unprofessional. Unit not ready on arrival 14:30, extremely uncomfortable contrary to the website, some windows main bedroom not functional. The kitchen cupboards are disorderly and dirty.
