Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A R1000 Refundable Breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, it can be paid at the time of booking.
Please inform your host of any damages or breakages on check-out.
You will be liable for any damage or breakages that exceed the breakage deposit.
Any lost keys and remotes will incur a replacement cost.
There is a late check-in fee of R100 per hour. You will be charged R500 extra per hour after check-out time if you have not chosen the additional checkout fee service.
Secure parking is available for 2 cars or 1 car and a trailer.
Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Smoking inside is prohibited.
There is a minimum guest age of 6 years old.
Hooting is not allowed.
There is reserved parking for guests. Only park in the parking bay assigned to you for the duration of your stay, you will be charged R1000 for every day you are not parked in the correct parking bay.
Parties and events are not allowed.
No pets allowed.
Loud music is not allowed.
No explosives, crackers, fireworks, or items of similar nature may at any time be exploded, lit, or operated in units or any part of the common property.
No firearms may be discharged in a section or any part of the common property, except under such circumstances that would reasonably justify the use of a firearm for self-defence and related purposes.
We respectfully request that you ensure the guests adhere to the rules, any further complaints will result in fines being issued.
