Breakage Deposit

House Rules
This property is loadshedding friendly as it is solar-powered and has a water storage system.
All key and breakage deposits must be paid via EFT to the host prior to check-in. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if no damages were reported.
Please ensure that all is in order, the keys are returned with remotes, and that there's no breakage or damage to anything on the property, including stains on the linen.
If you find any item damaged on the property, feel free to contact the host during your stay, and they will gladly assist you.
Please note, that identification is required upon check-in. The host will request the ID or passport of the person booking.
When your music is on, please be mindful of neighbours.
Although we allow parties for the immediate 12 guests, we do not allow any other events or tents.
We allow parties for small groups. Event decor is at an extra cost and must be discussed with the owner prior to booking.
Noise complaints or disruptive behaviour will lead to you losing your booking.
Please clean up after your pets.
Please bring your own pet carpet or blanket.
The host has a small fenced outdoor pen, for little dogs, that you can use a few minutes at a time so they don’t run off into the road when the gates open.
No tents allowed unless accepted by the property owner.
