The location was good, but the Silversands Villa was very disappointing.

While the location was amazing, we were incredibly disappointed with the condition of the furniture and some of the kitchen appliances. The outside cushions were mouldy and in terrible condition, the kids' beds were incredibly old and uncomfortable to sleep on. The dishwasher was doing such a poor job of cleaning the dishes that we had to clean everything by hand. The glassware, pots, and pans were also in poor condition. For the price we paid per day, we found it horrendous that the content of the house was in such poor condition.

Thank you for your review. We value our guests' feedback as it gives us the opportunity to improve.

Please keep in mind that this is a beach house with lots of outdoor furniture standing outside for long periods when we have guests. Our cushions get washed frequently but are a bit old. We will have a look at the kids' beds as we have not had a complaint about them before. The dishwasher works perfectly fine if you rinse your dishes before packing.
