House Rules
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- A surcharge is applicable for the 3rd and 4th person wanting to book a 2-bedroom family chalet.
- For a child sharing with a parent in our Luxury Tents, the per person sharing rate will apply.
- A vehicle entrance fee of R200 per vehicle applies.
- A conservation fee of R400 per person applies.
- We offer complimentary, scheduled transfers at set times to coincide with the scheduled flights into and out from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. All complimentary transfers must be pre-booked as we only meet flights if we have clients on that flight. Complimentary transfers exclude the vehicle entry fee.
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation, and vehicles with low-profile tyres and/or sports cars may have some difficulty when travelling over the low lying bridge. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
