The Simbithi Luxury Home is a beautiful open-plan home set on the Simbithi Golf Course in the secure Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito. The Simbithi Clubhouse and Restaurant are within walking distance of the house and the beach is approximately 3 km away. The home is exquisitely furnished and an entertainer's dream.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen, a dining and living area, and a TV lounge. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The TV lounge is air-conditioned and contains an L-shaped couch, ceiling fan, beanbag, and a large flat-screen TV. Fibre Wi-Fi internet access is available.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, and other small appliances, as well as a breakfast bar with stools.
