Sir David Baird 22 is an elegant holiday villa with modern features located in the heart of the popular coastal area of Bloubergstrand boasting magnificent views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the ocean. This villa spoils with an indoor swimming pool, making this ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
This triple-storey villa has a maximum capacity of 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a spa bath. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. A queen-size bed is available in the third bedroom which also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share the fourth bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower.
This villa offers spacious living areas which include the main kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table with ample seating as well as a TV lounge. Additionally, there is another TV lounge and a library nook on this level of the home. The top level of the villa has a formal lounge with a TV and a dining area with an additional fully equipped kitchen. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
The pool area includes a table and chairs as well as a gas braai which can be moved outside through the stacking doors. A pizza oven is also available outside the house for guests to use. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a locked gate.
