Its clean lines achieve a distinctive sense of peacefulness in both design and decor, making it perfect for stress-free family getaways.
This house can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 individually furnished en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is located upstairs and furnished with a double bed, and offers a private balcony with beautiful Kleinmond beach views. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a large shower with his and hers shower heads, a basin, and toilet. Downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, offering access to a private patio area. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. A separate toilet is available downstairs. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The main living area features a lovely kitchen fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The kitchen flows to the dining room with a 6-seater dining table and chairs, and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available and the house is equipped with an inverter for backup power for the lights, TV and Wi-Fi during power outages.
The lounge leads to an indoor braai area, furnished with additional seating space, and further through the stacking doors opens up to the sparkling swimming pool.
Secure parking on the property is available as well as off-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system.
Kleinmond is a UNESCO-declared Biosphere between Betty’s Bay and Hermanus, and offers nature trails, the Kleinmond Blue Flag beach, and restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Overberg and all it has to offer.
