Sneeukop Mountain Cottage, located above the vineyards on a working farm in Paarl, offers incredible 360-degree mountain views and fynbos surroundings. It is situated on the same property where the owner resides but has a separate private entrance, offering privacy. This off-grid living with no load shedding runs on solar and gas and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. It comprises 1 bedroom tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided. The self-catering kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-plate gas stove, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The adjacent lounge is furnished with a comfy couch. Through the glass doors of the lounge and bedroom, guests walk out to the lovely patio with a built-in braai area. Here, guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain views of Paarl and Table Mountain in the distance, with a cup of coffee or a lovely glass of wine. This property offers secure parking on the premises behind an electric fence and a remote-controlled gate. Sneeukop Mountain Cottage is situated within close proximity to various shopping centers, wine farms, and restaurants.

House Rules
The road to the cottage is a gravel road and is suitable for small and large vehicles, but not for vehicles with low-profile tyres.
The gate must be kept closed at all times. Vehicles must wait until the gate is closed before leaving.
The site is very close to the mountain and therefore within many animals' natural habitat. So please respect the animal life and plants on the farm at all times. The baboons are generally shy, but should not be approached or fed under any circumstances.
The hosts take the environment into account on the premises and therefore ask that guests use solar power, gas, and wood responsibly.
Pets are not allowed as the hosts already have 2 dogs.
No children under the age of 12 are allowed. Guests can enquire about infants.
No parties, functions, or extra guests are allowed.
Fireworks are not allowed.
Guests must wash the dishes themselves and if dirty dishes are left behind, an additional cleaning fee, determined at the owner's discretion, will be charged.
