Garden Room: Located at the back of the main house with a private garden terrace. Entrance to this room is through the main house. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed with 100% cotton percale linen. The room has a dressing table / writing table with 2 chairs, a small fridge, tea- and coffee- making facilites, satellite TV, digital safe, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. The room is serviced daily. A sumptuous breakfast is included in the rate.

Guests booked into the self-catering units are welcome to use the braai/BBQ facilities. Please consider the other Guests when using this facility as well as the pool. For this reason, we request that you do not use the braai/BBQ facilities later than 21H30. Unfortunately, guests booked into the B&B side have no self-catering facilities.
Please note that we are a non-smoking property indoors and in some outdoor regions. Ashtrays are provided at the designated smoking area outside on your patio or terrace. Guests will be held liable for damages if they smoke in the room.
We do not accommodate children under 16 years of age.

The balcony is furnished with patio table and chairs and has a Weber barbeque. The suite offers a large open-plan area with bedroom and lounge, a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave/convection oven and all utensils, cutlery and crockery.
