No loud music or loud noise.
No smoking inside the house.
No cigarette butts in the garden or roads.
No extra guests, not booked in advance, are allowed.
The house is serviced daily except on Sundays which is included in the rate. Guests receive complimentary coffee, tea, milk, rusks, welcome refreshments, bread, butter and cheese as well as a bottle of wine.
