Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We had a wonderful two-day break. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in finding a parking spot. It was very busy. The location was great, just a 5-minute stroll to Kalk Bay shops and restaurants.

Lovely hotel, however, lacking proper customer service and we were given different rooms than what we booked. They then said it was an 'upgrade', however, the rate paid for Room 2 is higher than the rate quoted for Room 3. Also, there was a 'Ring Camera' in the room for calling for ice or drinks, but having any camera in the room is a complete invasion of privacy.
