South Down Masterpiece is a stunning self-catering Villa located in Constantia. With its charming ambiance, this Villa offers something for everyone to enjoy, and is ideal for a larger group of friends, or family.

This house can comfortably accommodate 12 guests at a time and comprises 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and the rest of the bedrooms each are furnished with queen-size beds. All bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, or a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a fireplace which is a great spot for guests to relax with a book. There is also a living room where guests can entertain themselves with the TV and cinema. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. During load shedding, this property is backed up by a solar power system.

Outside, there is a private patio with a table and chairs where guests can enjoy a morning coffee. Additionally, this villa has a lush green garden, braai facilities, a boma and multiple swimming pools for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.
