House Rules
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.
Please find below clear rules of the house:
• No commercial fishermen are allowed.
• Renting this property is on your own risk, the owner and agent’s involved are not responsible for any damages or loss of any kind during your stay.
• The owners and or agent, are indemnified against all claims related to injuries that may occur in and around the property.
• The house and its belongings needs to be treated for agreed use and left in the same condition state as found, if any breakage or problems are found this needs to be reported to owners below.
• All dishes, cutlery should be cleaned, dried and packed away on the day of departure.
• Leave the sea and sand outside and not in the house, that includes any collectibles, shells etc and sand.
• Only make a fire in agreed places, indoor braai below, and Weber outside in the back yard, no fires allowed on the Desk area, in any rooms, braai areas will be cleaned by the cleaning team on departure.
• No tents or caravans are allowed on the property any amount of people exceeding the agreed/paid limit will be invoiced accordingly – right of admission is reserved please do not exceed the agreed People without consent from the owners.
• No smoking is allowed inside any part of the house.
• No bait or fish are allowed to be cleaned on premise, this can be done at the ocean, harbour or at the meat market/butchery, any fish kept in the fridge should be for personal use and not commercial.
• This is not a party venue, thus not suitable for this use.
