The studios feature specially designed beds that can either be set up as two single beds or a double bed and as well as a sleeper couch. The sleeper couch is suited to accommodate a child aged between 3 - 14 years, additional charges apply.

- Balance paid with a credit card: An additional breakage deposit will not be payable upon arrival. If any breakages occur during your stay, it will be charged to the credit card of the guest.
- Balance paid in cash: A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 will be charged upon arrival. It will be refunded if no breakages occurred during your stay.
- The Farmhouse Hotel will act as your local host and point of reference, by exclusive arrangements, guests can make use of the following facilities pool area, restaurant, a gym, complimentary Wi-Fi lounge and Panorama restaurant.
- A full housekeeping service will be done after every 4th night of occupation, including linen and towel change, for longer stays.
