With regards to the additional fees: we do not charge a security deposit for the Guest House and therefore we invoice you when damages are made. Ek, my vrou en ons tiener dogter het daar gebly vir 5 nagte. Ons was in kamer 7. Dit was lekker stil en het 'n patio waar jy darem buite kan sit en 'n wyntjie drink. Me, my wife and our teenage daughter stayed there for 5 nights. We were in room 7. It was nice and quiet and has a patio where you can at least sit outside and drink a little wine. It is a very good location because you are very close to the promenade, close to the V&A Waterfront, close to shops, close to very good restaurants and coffee shops. The location is this place's greatest asset. They do have street parking, but it's not for public parking, which makes it very handy in Seepunt. Parking is a problem.
