Stamford on Sea is a spectacular multi-level holiday home offering self-catering accommodation in Onrus. Situated within easy reach of Davies Pool and the main beach, guests are treated to magnificent views over Walker Bay.

This tastefully furnished house comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed which is ideal for 2 children. Two guest toilets are available in the home.

The house features 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living areas located on the first and second floors. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, and coffee machine. A scullery and laundry facilities are available on the second floor.

The first floor is home to a spacious lounge, a games area with a pool table that converts into a table tennis table, and a mini gym complete with a weight machine, treadmill, rowing machine and sit-up bench. The lounge opens onto a deck with a swimming pool and a built-in braai area. The second floor has a lounge with indoor braai facilities, a dedicated TV room, and a bar area. An elevator connects all the floors, but there is also a staircase for those looking to add to their daily steps. The large garden features an artificial surface putting and chipping green for the golf enthusiast and a lovely fountain that attracts the local birdlife.

This home comes equipped with a 12 kW inverter system paired with a 15 kWh lithium battery. All plugs and lights operate through the inverter, excluding the lift, geyser, pool, or air conditioners. Additionally, a heat pump has been installed for the pool.
