Located on the first floor, the unit is comfortably furnished for 4 people, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, and the second is furnished with 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove and oven, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi access. The living area opens onto the patio which is furnished with a dining table and braai facilities.

The keys please need to be collected at the Paternoster Rentals office.
The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before or on arrival; keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Kindly note that we do not have the authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
Please note that no cash will be accepted for the following:
- Breakage fees
- Pet fees
- Balance payments
- Refunds

The second bedroom opens onto the balcony with lovely views of the surroundings. The ground floor bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds and share the use of a bathroom with a shower only. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, Wi-Fi access, and opens onto that patio which is furnished with a dining table and braai facilities. There is an inverter system for loadshedding purposes.
