The place was fine but not able to sleep.

The place was okay until we had to sleep. The alarm makes an annoying beeping sound every 15 seconds for the duration of loadshedding. We had load-shedding every evening from 10 pm till after 12 am and again from 6 am till after 8 in the morning. The worst part was that the property manager and the agents were aware of the issue but still advertised the place. We were unable to sleep in the main bedroom and we were without electricity for most of Saturday because we thought it was loadshedding but turns out there was no electricity on the box. The property manager was supposed to meet us on arrival and never came out. We tried to get him to the house on Saturday and he was not available either. It was like they were not prepared for people to stay there and we were asked to check in late. The 24/7 agent from HostAgentsSA was never available either. It was really not a great experience so I wouldn't recommend the place or HostAgentsSA to anyone.
