We do humbly apologize for this experience you had within Kathu as well as within our guesthouse. However we do hope that we can rectify this with you as far as possible.
I would like to take the time to also address your concerns particularly;
1.) feeling of safety: We do understand that being in a "safe area" is not quite enough to have the feeling of being safe - As management received the feedback from Marinda we have already jumped on top of improving in this instance- it was mentioned that our parking within our property requires more lighting- which we are in the process of doing.
We are having cameras installed all around the vicinity as well
2.) We deeply apologize to you as our guest for the feeling that we have allowed you to leave with - once again we can only hope to have the opportunity to mend this relationship and impression - We are also well in the process of setting up on-site staff quarters so that we can have a staff member on the premises at all times - currently we understand very well how important this is particularly & in order to offer our guests our absolute most and full attention.
The images that are seen of the animals are on our Hangar space (Which is the farm feel you may be referring to) on the property directly next to the guesthouse - We have a golf cart to take guests to this area to enjoy, to see and pet the animals. This is to be arranged beforehand which also should have been brought to your attention from our staff's end - for this we once again apologize feeling that you were misled.
Once again however thank you for this feedback - as we are here to listen & use this to improve our establishment at all costs as well as have our guests leaving feeling positive & having had a good experience with us.
