Description
This is a very historic Old Stone House. It has a beautiful view of the harbour and lies in the heart of old Mossel Bay. It is within walking distance of restaurants, the Zipline, St Blaize walking trail, the lighthouse and the beach. Comfortably furnished for 8 people, the duplex opens onto an interleading deck that overlooks the mountains, harbour and ocean. The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms that share the use of a bathroom with a bath and a toilet. One of the rooms contains a king-size bed, and the other is furnished with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, as well as cutlery and crockery for 8 people. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV and opens onto the deck. Private braai facilities are available at the back of the house. Located on the first floor is a large bedroom that is furnished with a king-size bed and 2 single beds. This floor also has a lounge with a TV with DStv, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, and opens onto the deck. Unit A has an interleading door with Unit B, making it great for group or family bookings for up to 16 people. Wi-Fi is available, and a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher can be shared between the units. There is an outside shower which is shared by the 2 units. There are stairs from the ground floor to the first floor. Between the first and second floors are steep stairs with manual arrangements. There is also parking on the sidewalk.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have their own TV. Private braai facilities are available at the back of the house. This floor also has a lounge with a TV with DStv, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, and opens onto the deck. Unit B has an interleading door with Unit A, making it great for group or family bookings for up to 16 people. The stairs to the upper floor are made of wood and are steep. It is not child friendly.
