Description
StoneRidge Farm offers self-catering accommodation on a working farm just 7 km outside of Jansenville in the Eastern Cape. Guests are welcome to walk or cycle on the property and enjoy the quiet surroundings of a real Karoo-farm experience.
StoneRidge Farm can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The main house has an open-plan layout, and contains a double bed, a bathroom with a bath and a toilet, and a kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fitted with a 2-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery, as well as a dining counter with stools. The living area contains seating and a TV with a selection of DStv and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available. The farm makes use of solar electricity and a gas geyser.
The other 3 bedrooms are located in 3 separate cottages, Springbok Cottage, Duiker Cottage and Steenbok Cottage. The Springbok Cottage contains 4 single beds. The Duiker Cottage contains a double bed. The Steenbok Cottage contains 2 single beds. There is an outside shower and toilet to enjoy nature.
The farm has 2 sheltered outside braai areas with ample outdoor seating and built-in braais. There is also a small JoJo splash pool to cool off on hot days.
The farm also has a beautiful deck with a firepit and lovely views, the ideal place to enjoy the amazing sunsets while sipping on a sundowner.
