Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Pets are not allowed.
Electricity is pre-paid.
DStv connections are installed, but please bring own DStv decoder with a smart card. SABC and e-tv channels will be available without guests own decoder with a smart card.
Arrival time is 14:00 to 20:00 or as arranged otherwise.
Departure time is 10:00 or earlier or as arranged otherwise.
Payment of 100% deposit to ensure and finalize the booking.
Breakage deposit must be payed before handover of house keys. Will be refunded within 10 days after departure if no damages.
Please be so kind as to replace any breakages.
Guests will be held liable for damages/breakages during their stay.
