Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Studio 13 Guest Apartments. We truly value the opportunity to improve based on our guests' experiences, and we apologise for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay.
Regarding the concerns you raised:
Bunk Bed Stability - We are genuinely sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with the bunk bed. Ensuring our guests' safety and comfort is our top priority, and we will promptly address the stability of the bunk bed to ensure it meets the highest safety standards. (Update Jan 2024 - the bunk beds have been fully reinforced and are now much more stable).
Towel Availability - We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the insufficient number of towels. Your feedback highlights an area where we need to improve our inventory management, and we will take immediate steps to ensure an ample supply of towels is available for all guests in the future.
Air Conditioning and Mosquito Nets - We regret that you experienced discomfort due to the air conditioning not working. However, upon investigation, we have found that the air-conditioning in the unit is working properly and we've also had it recently serviced. We do provide mosquito nets for all our guests as we do get mosquitoes in Durban during the summer months.
Kitchen Equipment - We understand your disappointment with the kitchen amenities not meeting your expectations. We do state that the unit has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. There is an air fryer and a two-plate stove, as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge and braai facilities.
We sincerely apologise for falling short of your expectations and for any inconvenience these issues may have caused during your stay. Your feedback serves as a valuable reminder for us to continuously improve our guest experience.
