Sugarlands Cottage is a cosy and relaxed self-catering cottage located on the Sugarlands Farm, 6 km from the N3 in the heart of the well-known Midlands Meander. The cottage is set at the edge of a bass dam. If you are seeking comfort in a private and peaceful atmosphere with log fires in the winter, then this is the place.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge area contains 2 single beds, couches, a TV with full DStv, and a fireplace. Outside, there is a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, which leads to the garden with built-in braai facilities. The cottage is serviced daily, and pets are welcome.

The lapa is the perfect place to spend the day at the dam. Enjoy lovely walks and bass fishing.
