A very nice and excellent place (holiday home).

Wonderful time we had there, unfortunately the owner was out of town but she communicated with us. The place was neat and had everything that we needed. We were also allowed to leave at 11:30 instead of 10:00 without any charges.

Netjiese, ruim huis maar ligging swak en in onveilige area.

Ek beveel dit net aan vir groot groepe as hulle een aand wil oorslaap! Die huis is netjies, maar dit is in 'n uiters onnet en onveilige omgewing. Die hek is net vir ons oopgesluit en niemand het ons daar verwelkom nie. Die een kamer se plafonwaaier het nie gewerk nie en het water uit die dak gelek. Die buitekant van die huis kort aandag. Daar is glad nie TV's in elke kamer soos aangedui nie!

I only recommend it for large groups if they want to sleep over one night! The house is tidy, but it is in an extremely untidy and unsafe environment. The gate was unlocked just for us and no one welcomed us there. The one room ceiling fan was not working and was leaking water from the roof. The outside of the house needs attention. There are no TVs in every room at all as indicated!

Hi

Ek beantwoord graag die resensie van Nicolese Siemelink. Summer Place is ’n ruim, goed geprysde, selfsorg vakansie woning met 5 slaapkamers elk met hul eie badkamer en wat ideaal is vir ’n groep vriende of familie om saam vakansie te hou. Dit het duur meubels en ons linne is van baie hoë gehalte soos vereis deur die hotel bedryf. Summer Place het nog nooit inbrake of swak resensies ontvang nie. Ons het wel ’n paar weke gelede ’n “geyser” vervang en ongelukkig het die loodgieters een van die pype nie mooi vasgemaak nie en het daar weer water gedrup. Dit is egter nou herstel. Wat die area betref is daar mooi en netjiese huise en ook ’n paar huise wat aandag kort soos in enige area in Suid Afrika. Ek het die gaste self ontvang en nie slegs die hek oopgemaak nie. Die TV in die sitkamer en in een van die slaapkamers het DSTV. Daar is nie in elke kamer ’n TV nie en is ook nie so gelys by Lekker Slaap nie. Dit is jammer dat hulle hul dag gevul het met die opstel van alles wat volgens hulle te kort skiet, tot self die buitemure, en vergeet het om lekker te slaap, op buiten gewoon goeie beddens, en vakansie te hou in ’n netjiese ruim huis met al hul vriende of familie. Ek kan u verseker dat ek al van ons eie spesiale gaste daar onthaal en self saam met hulle daar geslaap het en almal was nog altyd baie tevrede en vol lof.

Best vacation ever.

I had a fabulous time when we came there the people were very friendly and also polite and we could call @ anytime just to ask for anything as we were not fully aware of the place but they were more then happy to help us best service ever.

Great Place and location

We greatly enjoyed our stay, we will be using Summerplace for all our future trips, and will also recommend it to friends. The house is so big you can actually share it with complete strangers and not feel like anybody is in your space. The Owner was very welcoming and accommodating, drove out after 10pm to meet us when we arrived and also was available to see us off early in the morning when we were leaving. 10 out of 10 for service and everything else.
