Each area of this double-storey house creates a different ambiance and opportunity for entertaining and relaxation; the home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and triple-volume living areas. The main and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has access to a separate bathroom located across the hall. The open-plan mezzanine loft has 2 sleeper couches that convert into 2 comfortable beds; this area is also a dedicated games room and has a courtesy beverage station.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen that contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven and a stove, and other appliances and utensils to use. The adjacent main living area has a dining table with seating, and sofas to relax on. This living area leads to an entertainment room, which boasts an enclosed wood-fired pizza oven and separate braai grill, as well as a walk-in wine cellar.
In addition, the house boasts two spiral staircases that lead up to 2 separate rooftop lounges, where one can enjoy spectacular views and sundowners. In the gardens of the property, there is a fire pit, and a water fountain that feeds from the cascade and cobblestone stream. Secure parking is available as well.
