Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
Please be respectful to all neighbours by keeping loud noise to a minimum, particularly after 10 pm. Should there be a viable complaint it will result in an immediate termination of your booking and loss of any funds paid.
Please be aware that no visitors are allowed except for guests that are booked to stay at the property, without prior arrangement.
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are not allowed at the Holiday Rental.
The lighting of fireworks is not permitted on the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Holiday Rental.
No furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
No skates, skateboards, rollerblades, or similar noisy articles are permitted on the roads or pathways in the complex.
Vehicle hooters may not be used in the complex, except in an emergency, nor may any vehicle sounding alarms be left unattended at any time.
