Only 2 visitors are allowed to visit short-term guests concurrently. Visitors are not permitted after 9 pm.
Noise regulations must be observed; no loud music and no slamming of doors.
Guests are not allowed to braai in any part of the building.
No trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked in the building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
Hanging clothes on windows or balconies is not allowed, please use the provided drying rack
Smoking is not permitted in buildings or common areas.
Guests may not make use of the surfboard or bicycle racks.
Guests are not permitted pets.
Guests are to use their allocated parking bay, if applicable to avoid their vehicle being clamped and paying a fine.
