Lieflike kothuis met warm kaggel en pragtige tuin.

Ons 3 aande verblyf in die Melody Cottage was heerlik en ons het niks kort gekom terwyl ons daar was nie. Die komplimentere kraffie sjerrie was 'n heerlike verrassing. Ons het vooraf met Ansie gereel vir hout vir die kaggel en dit was lekker om sommer met die intrapslag 'n vuurtjie te kon maak en die koue so te verdryf. Die pragtige tuin is 'n groot bonus en dit was lekker om die hoenders wat rustig daar rondgestap het, dop te hou. Alles was netjies en ons sal Swallowtail beslis aanbeveel vir ander.

Lovely cottage with warm fireplace and beautiful garden.

Our 3 night stay in the Melody Cottage was lovely and we lacked nothing while we were there. The complimentary craft sherry was a lovely surprise. We arranged in advance with Ansie for wood for the fireplace and it was nice to be able to make a fire just as soon as we stepped in and drive away the cold. The beautiful garden is a big bonus and it was nice to watch the chickens that walked around peacefully. Everything was neat and we would definitely recommend Swallowtail to others.

Enjoyed our stay in a beautiful setting close to everything.

The destination, although quite remote, is a magical place to visit full of surprises. The view and gardens are amazing. Be there on a Saturday to attend the markets. I preferred the smaller one.
