Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R345 admin fee and a R990 cleaning fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note that the body corporate of Calypso Beach has strict rules in place and the below applies:
South African ID or Valid Passport is required for all guests staying and vehicle registration numbers. Only guests and vehicles that are registered will be allowed entry.
No parties or loud noise are allowed as this is a residential area.
No visitors are allowed entry, only guests' IDs and vehicles which have been registered are allowed to enter.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid-stay clean with fresh linen; this will be an additional charge.
This property has a refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on the guest's credit card.
Rates are quoted per day.
An admin and cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
