The Anchorage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a private and secure cottage, separate to the main house, with a private entrance and its own undercover parking. The Anchorage is situated in Durban North, offering access to popular restaurants, shops and beaches.
The cottage is ideally suited to a small family, couples or single travellers, travelling for either business or leisure.
NB - The Anchorage is not suitable for 4 Adults.
The cottage comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeper couch in the living area. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and ample cupboard space, along with adaptors and cell phone charging points. The living area comprises an open-plan kitchenette lounge, dining/work table, sleeper coach and TV with all major DStv channels and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, a microwave, kettle, cutlery & crockery. There is no oven.
The cottage is accessed up a panhandle driveway into a private carport alongside the front door. Your hosts, who share the property, offer privacy while remaining available to guests needs. The domestic worker, Mavis, is on site Monday to Friday, and is available to assist with any washing and ironing requirements at an additional cost.
