Description
The Bay 2 is nestled in a remarkable beachfront complex that is only 500 m from the main beach and within walking distance of the tidal pool. Offering breathtaking ocean views, communal braai areas, and a heated pool, it provides an ideal blend of coastal serenity and modern comfort. Its proximity to shops and other amenities ensures both convenience and leisure for residents and visitors alike.
The Bay 2 is a delightful duplex apartment that accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a sea-facing balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a sea-facing balcony. The third bedroom also has 2 single beds. A guest bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, serves these bedrooms. All three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Additionally, there is a ground-floor guest bathroom with a toilet and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, AEG gas hob, oven, and microwave, along with basic cutlery and crockery. Additionally, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area where guests can enjoy their meals and opens up to the lounge, furnished with comfortable couches and a TV featuring Netflix. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi.
The sliding doors of the lounge open up to the patio, offering uninterrupted sea views and an outdoor seating space. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee here or relish a sundowner while watching the sun set over the waters.
The apartment comes with an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi and 1 lamp.
The complex features a heated swimming pool and a communal braai area and has direct access to the beach. Two allocated open parking bays are provided, along with unallocated limited guest parking behind an automated gate.
